Condolences
We are sorry to announce that on January 24, 2011 at the age of 88, Nenad Lhotka passed away. Nenad was a ballet master at the RWB in the 1950’s and later, with his wife Jill, had their own studio where our founder, Sarah Sommer, was a student. After Sarah’s death in 1969, Nenad and Jill offered their leadership to Chai to keep Sarah’s dream alive. Nenad was involved with Chai for 20 years and made an everlasting impact on our organization. Our sincere condolences to the Lhotka family on their loss.
